The forms usually take somewhere between one - two hours to complete and the only issue is I would prefer to have this done in person to avoid the mistakes of forget to fill in things on the form. If I am going to be in Manila to sign the documents, maybe a few days would be ideal. But if I am going to be out of the country for more than a few days, then it will be really hard to get the paperwork signed, and not to mention the internet is very limited where I am. I can only sign on the internet if the internet connection is strong enough or some coffee shop has wifi. And if you see the number of coffee shops throughout the metro, it is very limited. So I had to find some other ways to get these documents filled. Do you know if there’s a notary around the area where you could walk-in to the notary office to have it done?

Hello.I have CTB(copy to be filed) for FFPFIR(2012) and CTB(copy to be filed) for Fsir(2012) and when I filed for FFPFIR(2012), I had to provide a signed declaration from Merrill Lynch that I have applied for and have received the CTB for Fsir(2013) and CTB(copy to be filed) for FFPFIR(2013) and so on. My concern is when does the declaration expires? i.e I have to provide a declaration for CTB(copy to be filed) for Fsir(2013) once again. Is it necessary for me to have a declaration once again?
