The Outdoor Zip Line Adventure by Vallarta Adventures is a 6-and-a-half-hour activity full of thrills and adrenaline pumping action. The tour starts with a speed boat ride across the beautiful bay to a private reserve in the Sierra Madre mountains, 6 miles south of Puerto Vallarta. Then you will travel further up the mountain on a Unimog truck, and then mount a mule, which will take you further into the tropical rainforest to your first zip line, which is 200 feet over the treetops. You will fly on a series of 9 zip lines including a roller coaster zip line, which has all the twists and turns of a regular roller coaster, except you ride it while being attached to the freely moving pulley, propelling you by gravity and giving you a free-flying sensation. During this tour, you will also rappel down a waterfall, and slide down one of the highest water slides in Mexico, which takes you back to the base camp. Back at base camp, you will have time to enjoy a snack and a beverage, and also have the opportunity to purchase photos and souvenirs.
